5.25 How to Taste Wine Like a Pro
In the first month of wine school we’re starting with the basics. This class will set the tone to all those that follow, giving us a common language, and process. The flight of wines will include three whites and three reds to illustrate how a finished wine is impacted by climate, winemaking and grape variety.
