June 7 | Tuscany
We’ll close in Tuscany, home to some of Italy’s most recognizable wines, Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, and the so-called “Super Tuscans.”
Through four wines, we’ll focus on Sangiovese, the grape at the heart of the region, and explore how it changes depending on where and how it’s grown and made. We’ll look at the differences between classic and modern styles, and what people mean when they talk about structure, balance, and age-worthiness.
Even if you’ve had Tuscan wine before, this class is about experiencing it with a better understanding of why it tastes the way it does, and how to choose (and enjoy) it with more intention.
Ticket price includes wine and shared snacks. $65 +tax
Due to the nature of this event, tickets are strictly non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
