Baldoria utilizes local wines and sustainably grown botanicals from the adjacent Alps to create balanced vermouths we love to sip solo or use in classic low proof cocktails.
David Lynch is a James Beard Award winner in writing and wine service, has been a sommelier, restaurateur, and editor at Wine & Spirits. He co-authored the IACP Award-winning book Vino Italiano and led wine programs at Babbo, Quince, and Cotogna in San Francisco. Most recently, he curated for SommSelect, with work in Bon Appétit, GQ, Food & Wine, and more. He is also a co-founder of The Italian Spirits Company.
