In the first month of wine school we’re starting with the basics. This class will set the tone to all those that follow, giving us a common language, and process. The flight of wines will include three whites and three reds to illustrate how a finished wine is impacted by climate, winemaking and grape variety. This class is for beginners and zero prior knowledge is required or expected!
Wine and snacks plates are included in the ticket price.
