We’re excited to welcome our friends Dale and Stephen Ott to the bar this Sunday night for a glass list takeover. They founded Nossa Imports after training as sommeliers, and gaining experience on all sides of the beverage industry. Dale and Stephen are some of the most thoughtfully engaged people we know in this industry and they do a great job of shedding light upon historically-relevant wine regions around the world. These are places making high quality wines deserving of international visibility. One such place is Mexico, which is why in addition to offering these wines by the glass, we’ll be featuring a flight of Baja California wines.
